Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone, at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. There is a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments without notification. Exceptions are made for illness.

Late Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, I will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
